Aggravations Pile up
Wesker hissed, setting aside his communications pad. He rubbed his face, sitting back and contemplating these events. A whole hive had been lost, valuable data, projects, notes, virus samples, a unit of well trained men…and Leon. All lost. Leon’s device was not even showing active as of a minute ago!
He slid off his shades, growling under his breath, before trying to get into the computers’ system. Offline as well. He slammed a hand into the intercom system, the only thing still working, outdated as it was at least he could communicate inside the hive with his men,” Captor! What in the hell is taking so long? Updates should not be this far behind.”

Status report for African Umbrella Hive complex.
30 soldiers incapacitated. All labs raided, all 5 cell blocks bombed, all subjects dead. All virus samples are stolen, along with the case study files. Unsure if it’s the BSAA or not.
Mainframe for the Hive has been hacked, all security files deleted, and the motherboard has been fried. Whoever did it has firsthand knowledge of how the Hive workks.
All trams have been disabled. Exits are completely sealed, and with the mainfram out of order, there is no way to get them back open.
Soldiers’ dorms have been raided. Weapons and ammunition have been stolen or destroyed.
Officer Kennedy is missing. We haven’t come across his body, and all corpses and injured soldiers have been accounted for, alongside the remaining living.
The self destruct mechanism has been activated. We are still trapped inside.
It has been an honor working with you, Captain Wesker.

Oh yes. Whoever had condemned the men to die was going to pay a long painful death for their transgression.
